The Hudson Bay Company was a very important part of the early life in Canada and the American Colonies.
It gave way to many people to explore the vast regions of what is now northern Canada and parts of the United States.
It also brought much wealth to the region in the trading of goods and of wild animal furs with the natives of teh regions,
but it also brought back much wealth to the European Rulers.
